     By the Federal Act N 178-FZ of July 23, 2010 and N 180-FZ of July 23, 2010 (documents are in Russian), the amendments have been made to the Civil Procedural Code of the Russian Federation, as well as Federal Acts N 114-FZ pf August 15, 1996 "On the procedure of exit from the Russian Federation and entrance to the Russian Federation", N 115-FZ of July 25, 2002 "On legal position of foreign citizens in the Russian Federation", N 60-FZ of May 6, 2008 "On amendments to the Federal Act "On legal position of foreign citizens in the Russian Federation" and certain legislative acts of the Russian Federation" (documents are in Russian) in the part of establishing of the procedure for transfer of a foreign citizen by the Russian Federation to a foreign state in accordance with an international contract of the Russian Federation about readmission or receipt by the Russian Federation of a foreign citizen transferring by a foreign state in accordance with an international contract of the Russian Federation about readmission carried out by the federal executive authority in the sphere of migration or its territorial body on grounds of decision about readmission of aforesaid foreign citizen made by the head of aforesaid federal body or his deputy, regulation of the procedure for personal search of foreign citizens being subject for readmission, as well as putting of norms determining the procedure for civil proceedings on cases concerning to temporary stay of a foreign citizen being subject for readmission in a special institution or on prolongation of period of stay of a foreign citizen being subject for readmission in a special institution.
