     In accordance with clause 7 of article 80 of part first of the RF Tax Code (document is in Russian) and in the purposes of implementation of provisions of chapter 23 "Tax on profit of natural persons" of the RF Tax Code (document is in Russian), by the Order of the RF Ministry of Finance N 145n of December 29, 2009 (document is in Russian), it is approved the form of the tax declaration on the tax on profit of natural persons (the form 3-NDFL) and the Procedure for completion thereof.

      The Order has been registered in the Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation by N 16142 of January 29, 2010, has been published in the "Russian Newspaper" N 24, February 5, 2010 and it shall putt into effect since the beginning of submission of tax declarations on the tax on profit of natural persons for the taxable period 2009.
