In
the Decree of the RF Government N 581 "On authorized federal
executive body on control over market council's activity"
of August 4, 2008 (document is in Russian), the Ministry
of Energy of the Russian Federation has been determined as federal
executive authority on control over market council's activity
performing:
the right veto in respect of decisions of
administration bodies of market council;
direction of questions
to administration bodies of market council, which being obligatory
for consideration and subjects for inclusion to orders of the
day of regular or extra meeting of administration bodies of
market council, to the competence of which it is referred decisions
of these questions ;
adoption of the decision of question
being obligatory for consideration and directed to administration
bodies of market council in the case if aforesaid bodies have
not made any decision on it.
