NEWS OF THE FEDERAL LEGISLATION

Amendments are made to part one of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation concerning determination of the contract price

      By the Federal Act N 132-FZ of 29 June 2009 (document is in Russian) , amendments have been made to paragraph two of clause 1 of article 424 of part one of the RF Civil Code (document is in Russian).

     In accordance with the amendments, in the cases provided by the act, contract prices (tariffs, rates etc.) shall applied, which are set or regulated by the competent state authorities and (or) local self-government bodies.
